Solid pub, one of the best in Manchester for the service and variety of beers. Fairly expensive, but that's to be expected from somewhere that showcases local brews made in someone's shed that nobody's ever heard of.
All of the staff are wonderful and friendly, and in the cold months the log fire tends to be on in the back room which is as cosy as you could ever want. Bonus points for sitting next to a cat in a hoodie one time, that was sick.

Great pub with a nice atmosphere and interesting architecture. Service was a bit overwhelmed with how busy it was, but can't complain really. The most important thing was the beer, which is excellent.
